My meals showed up today.. late and room temp. I did end up throwing them away. I was contacted right away about the issue and it was resolved. I enjoy the variety of food and it is always good quality. The only thing I wish they would fix is the plastic they seal it with. Hard to get off sometimes. I have lost 22 lbs in 3 months and my energy levels have definitely increased. Highly recommend them!

There is a good balance of macros you offer in your plan, as well as good veggie pairings and good assortment of protein, from chicken and beef to salmon and shrimp. The flavors, for the most part, are great and tasty, but on a few of the meals I received they came out a bit greasy from what looked like some of the oils that were used.
My other gripe with the meals is the shrimp based meals. Every single shrimp meal I received with shrimp, was rubbery or awful tasting and never seemed to come out quite right. I tried stove top and throwing it in the microwave and all came out the same, which was a bit disappointing.
Lastly, the price point for 7 meals seems a bit high in my opinion. For 7 protein plus meals it came out to roughly $14.30 per meal, which seems a bit steep and can certainly save quite a bit of money per meal just making those 7 meals myself and I have when I would meal prep myself.
I might be back in the future if you could offer your meals for around $10/meal for 7 dinners instead, that would make this much more advantageous to me.

The service isn't bad, however the lack of a web portal that allows you to control your account, deliveries, etc., is a serious problem. Having to call in person to say, skip a week, is a pain, and I've had the issue of doing this and still being charged/getting a delivery anyway because the system is inefficient. Most other services allow you to do this over the internet.
Second, the food. The food is OK, not great. Not so much a ding on Fresh n' Lean as I've tried several other Vegan meal services and they're all mediocre. In general, spice is lacking and the food is bland. Some dishes are definitely better than others, and I would give a much higher rating if you could CHOOSE YOUR DISHES. For instance, the pasta dishes are TERRIBLE. I mean, really TERRIBLE and I would never voluntarily get them. However, dishes like the Navy Beans I had last night were quite good! If I could order what I wanted, I would like this service much better. As it is, I have to accept that a certain percentage of the meals will be close to inedible. Seriously, stop making the pasta dishes. The pasta comes out bland, incredibly dry and gummy. I have to add sauce to it just to be able to force it down, and even then its about equivalent to an MRE from the military. Please, NO MORE PASTAS!!!!

Food is pretty good. Lot of issues with getting the wrong food or food late. Customer care takes a long time to respond. Might go to another service.

Irene and the customer service crew have been really helpful with small changes I needed. Foods great. Service is great.

Love having dinner ready after a long day at work and crossfit wod.

Updated Review. This company is great. I have had to make some changes more than once because of things going on in my life, and they were happy to accommodate me and work with me. They are all extremely friendly are very polite over the phone and through email. I have been using their service for almost 3 months, and with following this diet, plus 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, I have already lost 22 pounds. The food is nutritious and delicious, if you can afford it, it is well worth it. I highly recommend Fresh n Lean for your meal plan.

The food is great. I’m not a fan of the seafood. Is there a way for me to get less seafood? No complaints on anything else. In general I’m not a seafood person.

I asked for no broccoli and from time to time I still get broccoli dishes. But, other than that the food has gotten better and everything tastes great.

While the food is fairly good and I believe fresh ingredients are used, I've had a few late deliveries and there is an unreasonable amount of polystyrene in the package, I can't find a recycling point anywhere near me. There's also a ridiculous number of frozen plastic bags for the food, they don't melt enough to be emptied for over two days. I also hate that I'm using so much plastic in each container. Please work on ways to make the packaging more eco friendly.
